Any winnings accrued during a period of underage play will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at 7775bdt's discretion following investigation.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active account on 7775bdt. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same bKash or Nagad wallet, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 7775bdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and void any bonuses claimed across those accounts.

7775bdt employs ongoing monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is confirmed, the Platform reserves the right to withhold any or all funds in the affected account pending investigation, and to permanently close the account without obligation to provide a full explanation where doing so would compromise investigative integrity.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 7775bdt account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, 7775bdt will process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures and KYC compliance, provided no Terms violations are under investigation. 8.2 Closure or Suspension by 7775bdt
